Make Your Next Trip Extraordinary

Michelle helped guide us in booking our first family trip to Disney World (Orlando) in late March 2025. There is so much information out there and so many opinions about how to best “do” Disney with young kids, but having worked with Wendy Perrin experts on past trips we knew we were in good hands.

Michelle helped us narrow our focus to suit our 2- and 4-year olds, and found the best possible set up for rooms at the Polynesian so we’d be on the monorail, securing a room close by for my mom who joined us. She kept us abreast of all the timely to-dos, like booking restaurants and Lightning Lanes to optimize our experience and reduce wait times.

We loved staying at the Polynesian as it was a more casual, laid-back vibe for the kids, with a lot of fun Moana-themed elements and three different pools for us to rotate on our arrival and departure days, as well as before dinner. The food was excellent at the restaurants, though we wished there were more fruit and vegetables incorporated. Michelle suggested a great grocery delivery service which we organized, and that worked out well for the kids’ breakfasts and snacks in the parks.

Stroller rental was a great idea by Michelle as it reduced the amount of things we had to travel with, and the stroller was in excellent condition, waiting for us as we arrived in the airport transfer. It couldn’t have been any smoother, as the kids had fallen asleep in the car on the way to the hotel, and I was able to quickly scoop them into the rented stroller and keep them sleeping. Such a win!

It was a bit stressful booking the Lightning Lane rides, but I had written out a plan and got to work right at 7am, one week prior to arrival, as per the guidance. It all worked out. We rope-dropped every day to get the kids onto as many rides as possible before the park got too busy. This was definitely the best tip as we’d be tired by lunch time and head back to the hotel to eat, nap and recharge before heading back in the afternoon for the parade, more rides, shows and fun experiences. Being on the monorail was definitely the way to go, if you have young kids and are focused on Magic Kingdom.

We hit all the Tier 1 rides, re-rode many of our favourites and enjoyed some of the indoor, air-conditioned shows during the hottest/sunniest hours. Ordering ahead food on the app is a good idea but we were rarely organized enough to do so. Lines didn’t seem to bad overall for food.

Thank you, Michelle, for your hard work and for managing some last-minute phone calls to help sort out technical issues with our app. Appreciate the time you took to connect me to Disney technical support and your accommodating nature to ensure every last question was answered. We had an amazing time taking the kids to Disney, it was truly magical!

We planned a quick 2-day trip with our adult children to Disney World the weekend before Christmas 2024. This is a very busy time to visit the park (!) but our family was spending Christmas in Florida and our kids were flying in, so it was the only time we had to do this as a family. Thank goodness we had help planning!

The planners were wonderful in helping us to cut through the maze of the Disney website, locating the right hotel to use, helping us to get restaurant reservations and notifying us of reservation rules for other bookings. We would have spent soooo much more time without their help and assistance! They even helped us to get a “Florida resident discount” on certain reservations as we own property in Florida. Whew!

Disney is wonderful, but without the right guidance, it can truly be a jungle of options. We were very glad we got help navigating the options at such a busy time!

Michelle and her staff, once again, did an excellent job in coordinating our family trip to the Aulani Disney Resort on Oahu. All went very smoothly from our room selections, all dining reservations, and activities. And she kept track to ensure that if the resort offered a military discount, that we received it (which we did and it “paid” off!) She also remembered that two of our family members have serious food allergies and communicated this to all the necessary parties.

This was the third time that we used Michelle’s services and will definitely use her again if the opportunity arrives. She is one to keep on your list of travel specialists!!

My husband, two children, and I just returned from an amazing week-long Disney trip that Michelle and her team planned for us, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. We have used Michelle before to help with Disneyland and this time wanted to do a Disney cruise + some time at Disney World—all of which was new to me—and the advice and support from her team was invaluable.

Michelle provided frank thoughts on the cabin options on board our Disney cruise ship (talking me out of a more expensive cabin—which would have obviously given her more commission—for one that was better for our needs). She assisted with advice on dining reservations (if sailing on the Wish, the tasting menu dinner at Enchante is a must), helped with shore excursions, and then gave great advice on the Disney World portion of the trip as well— putting us in a hotel that was easily accessible to the park, making dinner reservations and activity reservations, and assisting with booking the VIP guide for us for both days.

We ended up having a truly wonderful first-time experience at Disney World and credit Michelle and her team for helping to ensure that happened—what would otherwise have been daunting was so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Michelle! You will hear from us again.
